The PPF is a transparent polyurethane film or with a matte finish (chosen according to the needs) used for the protection of the varnish.
2What’s the PPF for?
Paint Protection Film commonly called PPF is the highest protection currently available on the market. It is a transparent polyurethane film designed to protect the painting of the bodywork from signs and scratches of normal wear caused by washing brushes, insects and pebbles.
3What are the qualities of PPF?
It's a transparent polyurethane film designed to protect the painting of the bodywork from signs and scratches of normal wear caused by washing brushes, insects and pebbles. The exclusive surface treatment gives the film excellent sliding qualities of dirt (shiting), scratch-proof properties and self-repairing ability. The small superficial scratches can be eliminated with hot air or with the simple heat of the sun. The film also provides 100% UV protection by delaying aging caused by sunlight and atmospheric agents. The very high transparency makes it perfectly invisible on the body and enhances the bright appearance of the paint
4How long does it take to apply the PPF?
Everything depends on the condition of the car and the level of improvement you want to achieve, generally it takes 1 to 5 days, although some processing on special projects can take up to 80h.
5How long does the PPF last?
It depends on how the PPF was washed and maintained. Under optimal conditions and if also protected by wax or nanotechnology, the PPF can last for many years.
6How long does PPF take to repair a scratch?
The time it takes a scratch to repair itself depends on several factors. A light scratch repairs itself within an hour at a temperature of 22. However, you can speed up repair times by simply pouring hot water onto the scratched surface.
